Singing to their hearts’ content
Thursday 17 December 2009The Belfry Shopping Centre resonated with carols on Sunday 13th December when singers from churches in the Redhill area came together to bring the festive cheer and raise money for charity.
Richard Cowlard, Centre Manager at the Belfry Shopping Centre commented, "Carols at the Belfry has been held here since 1984 and I was delighted to host the event again this year. The event brings together Churches of all faiths in Redhill to celebrate Christmas through joining together to sing Carols. This year, four charities will benefit from a collection of over £1000, those are Redhill Street Pastors, Furnistore, Encounters and Shopmobility."
